This service will help you understand your property’s current condition, along with any necessary repair and maintenance works. We may recommend specialist tests of the building services and other investigations if we have concerns.
We will provide a report outlining the significant defects and risks, and provide a schedule of priorities for maintenance and repair together with a recommendation for further investigations and future reviews.
We will be pleased to look at either specific issues, such as damp patches, cracking, etc., or provide a whole home inspection.
We will discuss and agree with you the most appropriate level of inspection and reporting required.
